Today’s Tasty Tuesday embodies our fall favorite (hello pumpkin) but shows how versatile and yummy pumpkin really is.
Adding pumpkin to a baked good is great as it adds extra nutrients, subtracts the eggs (great if vegan diet), and equals a cake-like/rich/thick outcome!
