Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All riders 15 and up must be a paid participant in the event. Riders 14 and under are free, but must be registered and will not receive an event shirt.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
As much as we love ’em, pets of any kind, are not allowed at the event.
How do I order merchandise?
There are two ways to get your hands on our awesome new TTBT merch! While you are registering for the ride you can choose all merchandise as an add on item to your registration. After you have registered, or if you are not riding but need to sport this cool gear, you can choose your items as a ticket item on the registration page and blammo! – it’s yours for the wearing! All merchandise must be picked up at the event, we do not have the ability to ship any merchandise.
What is the refund policy?
NO REFUNDS: The Titletown Bike Tour does not offer refunds on registration for any reason, regardless of personal circumstances. The financial outcome of the event, particularly as it is a fundraiser for our foundation, depends on our ability to anticipate the final number of riders prior to race weekend. Opening the door to refunds would jeopardize our ability to do so.
NO DEFERRALS: The Titletown Bike Tour does not allow riders to “defer” or carry over their entries for future years. Your registration is for THIS year’s ride, not a future year’s ride. We have no tracking mechanism for carrying over entries from one year to another.
Will the event be canceled for bad weather? Depends…
The ride will not be canceled for any reason other than severe weather conditions posing extreme danger to athletes, volunteers, and spectators. Beat Cancer Family Foundation reserves the right to alter the course in any way deemed in the best interest of volunteers and athletes. This includes, but is not limited to the distance or shape of course, postponing the start, cancellation, etc. There will be NO REFUNDS in the case of changes or course cancellations due to weather. If canceled, the Titletown Bike Tour will not be rescheduled.
What time do I need to start?
You can start any time between 5:30 am and 9:30 am. To reduce congestion on the roads and afford flexibility to the participants, there is no “mass start” to this event. We do encourage you to plan according to your anticipated pace and your target finish time. All riders should finish by 3:00 pm since the post-ride dinner ends at 4:00 pm. *100 Mile riders are required to ride the 100 Mile loop first and then proceed to ride the 100K route. 100 Mile rest stop will only be open 6:00am – 8:30am, please plan your start time accordingly!
