Reason: American women have a 1 in 3 chance of getting cancer in their lifetime; men have a 1 in 2 chance. This means one of your neighbors, someone in your family and several of your friends have been touched by cancer. Every year, the Breast Cancer Family Foundation is committed to reducing this risk by educating 7,000+ students and adults in our community on cancer awareness and prevention for all types of cancer. Since 2001, the Titletown Bike Tour has raised more than $500,000!
If all riders fund-raise only $50 each, we would raise $40,000...enough to teach 4,000 students! BCFF relies on your fundraising efforts and support to raise vital funds for presentations.
Donate Online or print this page and send with your check.
Route: Families and bike enthusiasts of all levels will enjoy beautiful, scenic tours ranging in length from 15k-100k through Northern Brown and Southern Oconto Counties. Rest stops are conveniently located and support vehicles will patrol all routes. Click here to view Titletown Bike Tour Course New for 2014--we have a safer revised route back to the YMCA!

Plus, you can do all of your fundraising online using the online event management system. When you register online, you'll receive a personal webpage which you can personalize with a photo and text about your motivation for riding.
For fundraising tips and forms, please see our Fundraising page on this website.

Here is what some riders had to say . . .
"We rode the Titletown Bike Tour for the first time this year (2009). Wow, what a great ride! Good roads, beautiful scenery, great rest stops and friendly people! We'll definitly be back next year...well worth the drive up from the flatlands." (Illinois)!! Dana M.
"We have participated in the ride for the past year and really enjoy the route and how organized the event is. Plus it is for a great cause!" (WI, Mike)
"This was the first year our family participated, 2010. Even though the weather wasn't great, we really had a nice time. We rode and then came back and had a nice lunch. Friendly people and great food!" (GB, WI. )
"One of the best bike rides in our area for all riders! I have enjoyed it for the past 9 years and look forward to riding again next year." Very organized, good rest stops, and well marked routes. Thanks!" ( WI, Bill )
Will the Bike Tour be canceled for bad weather?. . .
The Titletown Bike Tour will not be cancelled for any reason other than severe weather conditions posing extreme danger to athletes, volunteers, and spectators. Breast Cancer Family Foundation reserves the right to alter the course in any way deemed in the best interest of volunteers and athletes. This includes, but is not limited to the distance or shape of course, postponing the start, cancellation, etc. There will be NO REFUNDS in the case of changes or course cancellations due to weather. If canceled, Titletown Bike Tour will not be rescheduled.
Ride Hints & Tips:
- Helmet: Each participant must wear a bike helmet. Be sure your helmet fits and is within 5 years old. Polystyrene helmets can "dry up" and become brittle with age.
- Size Adjustments: Make sure your bike is adjusted to fit your height. Nearly all bikes have adjustable seats and handlebars.
- Hydration: Equip your bike with a water bottle rack. It is recommended to drink 1 bottle per hour.
- Emergency Flat Kit: Compact bike repair kits can be found at most bike shops and fit easily under the seat.
- Traffic: Practice defensive biking! Always assume oncoming traffic hasn't or can't see you.
Make sure your bike is safe! Don't just drag it out of the garage the day before the event and expect it to work. Local area bike shops can provide bike tune-ups.
There are three things you should do on a weekly basis to maintain your bike:
- Check the air in the tires.
The proper pressure rating can be found on the side of the tire.
- Clean your bike after use.
Sand and grit from the road will accelerate corrosion and wear.
- Keep your chain lubed up.
Your bike will pedal faster with less effort!
